Summary

As a Part-Time Brand Ambassador, you deliver a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that drives daily sales and builds customer loyalty. You will engage customers on the sales floor, support store initiatives and use digital and alternative purchase tools to broaden customer accessibility. This entry-level role is team-oriented and offers opportunities to develop toward future leadership positions.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
• Provide a consistent brand-aligned customer experience on the sales floor
• Support and participate in team training to execute business results
• Utilize company tools and alternative purchasing processes such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI and Ship to Home
• Support product discovery through QR codes, digital catalogs and virtual stores
• Maintain sales floor standards and provide feedback to management on category opportunities
• Engage in networking to begin building a clientele

Requirements

• Retail or similar specialty environment experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships with customers and team
• Ability to operate register, stand and walk for multiple hours and maneuver around the sales floor
• Ability to lift and climb up to 30 lbs and work around chemicals as needed
• Flexible availability including days, evenings and weekends, and potential travel or overnight shifts as required
