Job summary

Rubybrunch invites you to join our team as a server, delivering friendly, responsive service and a memorable dining experience for every guest.

As a Ruby Krewe member, you’ll embody brunch culture, handle money and POS transactions with accuracy, communicate warmly, and stay on your feet for long shifts while lifting trays up to 25lbs.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly, responsive service to guests during dining experience.
• Must understand basic dining room procedures and have basic math skills for money handling.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift/maneuver trays weighing up to 25 lbs.

Job Summary:

Provide friendly and responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all our guests. Each server’s primary objective is to embody that brunch life and give our guests a little lagniappe to create those raving Ruby fans!

What does it take to be a Ruby Krewe Member?

• A firm belief that butter and bacon make everything better!
• Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our Guests
• Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
• Possess basic math skills and can responsibly handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
• Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25lbs
