Job summary

The Luce Hotel in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking an experienced bartender to prepare and serve beverages to an upscale guest base. You will craft seasonal cocktails, maintain extensive wine and spirits knowledge, and provide attentive, personalized service to restaurant and bar guests.

Maintain bar cleanliness, ensure responsible service, manage inventory, and collaborate with servers and the kitchen to ensure seamless service. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of bartending experience in upscale or fine dining environments.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, wine, and premium spirits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
