Job summary

The Crescent Hotels Group is seeking an experienced bartender to craft cocktails, manage wine knowledge, and deliver upscale service in a fine dining setting. You will work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless guest experiences and maintain excellent bar standards.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of upscale bartending experience, strong mixology and wine knowledge, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of bartending experience in upscale or fine dining environments.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, wine, and premium spirits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Create seasonal and signature cocktails that align with the restaurant’s upscale concept.

• Ensure bar cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and assist with ordering as needed.
• Accurately process POS transactions and handle cash/credit payments.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
