Primary Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule, prepare equipment and supplies, and comply with PPE requirements at shift start.
2. Assemble, mix, and bake goods, then package, label, and display them properly.
3. Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, and display areas.
4. Track and record loss as required.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the U.S. and valid identification.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Completion of a 60-day introductory period.
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Use and learn to operate necessary equipment and tools.
• Meet performance and attendance standards.
• Proper attire including clothes and shoes approved for the role.
• Preferred: 1 year of work experience or technical training.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum shift: 4 hours, with physical demands including lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs., standing for 55%, walking 45%.
• Category IV physical activity.

Additional Details

Employment type: Full-time, Entry level, in the Purchasing/ Retail industry.

Salary range: $15.50 - $19.00 per hour.
