Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, and prepare for duties at the start of each shift.
2. Assemble, mix, and bake goods, then package, label, and display them properly.
3. Clean and sanitize work areas, tools, equipment, and display cases.
4. Track and record loss prevention data.

Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the U.S. with valid identification.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Complete a 60-day introductory period.
• Meet ergonomic, physical, and safety requirements.
• Ability to operate necessary equipment and tools.
• Adhere to performance standards including attendance and dress code.
• Preferred: 1 year of work experience or technical training.

Physical Requirements:

• Minimum 4-hour shifts, with physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for 55%, and walking for 45% of the shift.
• Category IV physical demands: lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
