Primary Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, and prepare for duties at the start of each shift.
2. Assemble, mix, and bake goods, then package, label, and display them properly.
3. Maintain cleanliness of all work surfaces, tools, equipment, and display areas.
4. Track and record product loss.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and valid identification.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Completion of a 60-day introductory period.
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Use or willingness to learn necessary equipment and tools.
• Adherence to safety standards and performance expectations, including attendance and dress code.
• Preferred: 1 year of work experience or technical training.

Physical Requirements

• Shift duration: minimum 4 hours, depending on business needs.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for 55% of the time, and walking for 45%.
• Category IV physical activity (lifting, carrying, pushing up to 50 lbs.).
