Duties and Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, and prepare for duties at the start of each shift.
2. Assemble and mix ingredients, bake goods, and manage baking equipment.
3. Package, label, and display baked goods, and maintain cleanliness of display cases and work surfaces.
4. Track and record loss.

Qualifications

1. Authorized to work in the U.S. with valid identification.
2. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
3. Complete a 60-day introductory period.
4. Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
5. Use or learn to use necessary equipment and tools.
6. Perform job functions safely and meet performance standards, including attendance.
7. Wear proper clothing and shoes.
8. Preferred: 1 year of work experience or technical training.

Physical Requirements

1. Shift hours: minimum 4 hours, depending on business needs.
2. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for 55%, walking for 45% of the shift.
3. Category IV physical requirements.

Additional Information

Salary Range: $15.50 - $19.00/hr
