Job summary

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.

• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Organize back stock and coordinate with management to prioritize tasks.
• Support safety, policy adherence, and loss prevention initiatives.
