You will coordinate with team members, tag and shelve merchandise, and maintain organized backroom areas while upholding safety and store standards. Experience in retail plus leadership exposure is preferred, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards for efficient store flow
• Orchestrate truck deliveries and ensure merchandise is tagged and stocked
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing
• Maintain clean, organized backroom and sales floor
• Provide exceptional customer service and support loss prevention
