Job summary

Marshalls, part of the TJX family, is seeking a Retail Associate in Beaver Dam, WI. You will execute receiving and merchandising standards, interact with customers, and keep the store clean and organized.

You’ll train associates and support management in daily operations to ensure efficient flow of goods and an exceptional shopping experience. The role requires adaptability to nights and weekends, strong communication, and the ability to lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards and ensures efficient processing of merchandise.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded for the floor.
• Maintains backroom organization, cleanliness, and recovery standards.
