Job summary

All Saints’ Episcopal School of Fort Worth is seeking a part-time Athletic Coach to join our Athletics program. The coach will develop and train student-athletes, modeling leadership and sportsmanship.

Responsibilities include planning practices, teaching game rules and techniques, and representing the school professionally. A High School diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree and teaching certification are preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Director of Athletics and Athletic leadership team.
• Positively encouraging, training, and coaching the participants of each assigned sport.
• Instructing players in the rules, regulations, and techniques of the sport.
• Role modeling good sportsmanship and maintaining appropriate conduct toward athletes, officials, and spectators.
• Scheduling and organizing effective practice sessions.
• Working collegially with fellow coaches and Athletic Department staff.
• Representing All Saints’ Episcopal School Athletic program in a professional manner and within the bounds of good sportsmanship.
• Generating additional support for the program throughout the greater All Saints’ community and through building connections with students and families.
• Responsible for the physical and spiritual well-being of the athletes during the sporting activity.
• Other duties as assigned are closely related to this position.
