Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Bachelor’s Degree and Teaching Certification preferred.
• Experience as a coach or participant in sport.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with the Director of Athletics and Athletic leadership team.
• Positively encouraging, training, and coaching the participants of each assigned sport.
• Instructing players in the rules, regulations, and techniques of the sport.
• Role modeling good sportsmanship and maintaining appropriate conduct toward athletes, officials, and spectators.
• Scheduling and organizing effective practice sessions.
• Working collegially with fellow coaches and Athletic Department staff.
• Representing All Saints’ Episcopal School Athletic program in a professional manner.
• Generating additional support for the program through building connections with students and families.
• Responsible for the physical and spiritual well-being of the athletes during the sporting activity.
• Other duties as assigned related to this position.
