Primary Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to unload trucks, break down pallets, restock U-boats, move out U-boats, and update stock. The team member will work in backstock, including DSD vendor backstock on non-delivery days, and will replenish shelves from mass and end displays. Responsibilities also include breaking down cartons, bailing cardboard, facing or presenting store displays, and moving or stacking pallets.

Responsibilities

• Load U-boat with stock items
• Replenish shelves from backstock
• Stock and replenish mass or end displays, rotate products, and present shelving as directed by management or replenishment lead
• Remove out-of-code items efficiently for rotation

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations
• Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards, including attendance
• Ability to learn and operate necessary equipment and tools

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts, depending on business needs
• Job cycles: continuous maximum
• Lift/carry: up to 50 lbs.
• Stand: 55%, walk: 45%
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.

Preferred Requirements

• Understanding of company policies and procedures
• Knowledge of MSDS for materials used
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training
