The main responsibilities include unloading trucks, breaking down pallets, restocking U-boats, moving stock, and managing backstock, including DSD vendor backstock on non-delivery days. You will also replenish shelves from mass and end displays, rotate products, face or present store displays, and handle cartons and cardboard.

Responsibilities

• Load U-boat with stock items
• Stock and replenish shelves from backstock
• Replenish mass or end displays, rotate products, and present shelving as directed
• Remove out-of-date items using efficient rotation methods

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety policies
• Physical ability to meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations
• Meet performance standards, including attendance
• Ability to operate or learn to operate necessary equipment and tools

Physical Requirements

• Minimum shift: 4 hours, depending on business needs
• Job involves continual activity
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand 55%, walk 45%, sit 0%
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Maximum pull static: 20 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of company policies and procedures
• Knowledge of MSDS information for materials used
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training
