The main responsibilities include unloading trucks, breaking down pallets, restocking U-boats, handling backstock, replenishing shelves, and maintaining store presentation. This involves breaking down cartons, managing cardboard recycling, and organizing stock efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Load U-boat with stock items
• Replenish shelves from backstock
• Stock and organize displays, rotate products, and present shelves as directed
• Remove expired or out-of-code items using efficient methods

This list is not exhaustive and other tasks may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety policies
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations
• Meet performance standards, including attendance
• Ability to operate necessary equipment and tools

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts, variable based on needs
• Physical capacity: lift/carry up to 50 lbs., stand for 55%, walk for 45%
• Category IV tasks: lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.

Preferred Skills and Training

• Understanding company policies and procedures
• Knowledge of MSDS materials
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training
