StoragePRO Management is hiring an Assistant Property Manager in Eagle Mountain, UT. You will rent storage units, explain options, and provide exceptional customer service while building relationships with tenants.

The role includes facility inspections, processing payments, maintaining records, and promoting storage solutions. Part-time, weekends required with great training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outstanding customer service; self-storage/property management/retail/restaurant experience ideal.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills; strong communication and organizational skills.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Rent storage units, explaining options and pricing to fit customer needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and building positive relationships.
• Conduct regular facility inspections, ensuring cleanliness, security, and proper functioning of all equipment.
• Process payments, collect late fees, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Market and promote storage units and related products.
• Perform light maintenance tasks and report any major issues to designated personnel.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tenant information and rental agreements.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all.

Salary Range: $18.50 - $18.50 Hourly

As an Assistant Property Manager at StoragePRO you will:
