StoragePRO Management in Watsonville, CA, is seeking a Store Manager to lead our self-storage facility and deliver excellent customer service. You will oversee daily operations, ensure security and cleanliness, and maintain accurate tenant records.

The role offers extensive training, a bonus program, and a competitive benefits package. A high school diploma is required, with a preference for candidates who have at least 2 years of supervisory experience.

About the Role: As a Store Manager at StoragePRO you will:

• Rent storage units, explaining different options and pricing to fit customer needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and building positive relationships.
• Conduct regular facility inspections, ensuring cleanliness, security, and proper functioning of all equipment.
• Process payments, collect late fees, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Market and promote storage units and related products.
• Perform light maintenance tasks and report any major issues to designated personnel.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tenant information and rental agreements.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all.
• Reports to DistrictManager
• Attendance is an essential job function
• Other duties as assigned

QualificationsAbout You: The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience (Preferred)

• Proficiency in computer skills including Word, Excel and Email
• Must have the ability to create relationships/rapport with tenants; ability to work with a diverse array of people and customers

• Professional appearance and demeanor
• High school diploma or equivalent required, college preferred
• Must consent to pre-employment background check
• Hold a valid Driver’s License and have reliable transportation
• US work authorization

Schedule: Full-Time, day shift. Weekends required. The Assistant Property Manager will cover different stores during the work week within the same general geographic area.
