StoragePRO Management is seeking a Store Manager in Watsonville, CA to oversee daily operations of our self-storage location. You will rent units, advise customers on options, and ensure exceptional service while maintaining secure, clean facilities.

The role requires at least two years of supervisory experience, strong communication, and proficiency with common software. Full-time schedule with day shifts and weekend coverage. Competitive benefits and bonus opportunities accompany the role.

About the Role: As a Store Manager at StoragePRO you will:

• Rent storage units, explaining different options and pricing to fit customer needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and building positive relationships.
• Conduct regular facility inspections, ensuring cleanliness, security, and proper functioning of all equipment.
• Process payments, collect late fees, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Market and promote storage units and related products.
• Perform light maintenance tasks and report any major issues to designated personnel.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tenant information and rental agreements.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all.
• Reports to DistrictManager
• Attendance is an essential job function
• Other duties as assigned

QualificationsAbout You: The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent customer service and sales skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor
• High school diploma or equivalent required, college preferred
• Must consent to pre-employment background check
• Hold a valid Driver’s License and have reliable transportation
• US work authorization

Schedule: Full-Time, day shift. Weekends required. The Assistant Property Manager will cover different stores during the work week within the same general geographic area.
