Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team delivering exceptional patient care. You will work alongside experienced therapists, gain hands-on training, mentorship, and direct exposure to the field of physical therapy while supporting patients' recovery.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, assisting with check-in and scheduling, preparing treatment areas, supporting therapy sessions, and supervising home exercise programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients during check-in and appointments.
• Assist with scheduling and onboarding to ensure a smooth patient flow.
• Support clinicians by preparing treatment areas and equipment, and monitor progress.
• Assist patients with performing exercises and home exercise programs.
• Maintain a clean and organized therapy space and assist with setup.
