Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Branch Delivery: deliver high-quality, consistent client experiences across branch locations and improve service delivery
• Support client transactions and ensure frontline banking activities are executed accurately and timely
• Coach and support branch teams to meet performance expectations
• Implement process improvements to strengthen service delivery and maintain compliance
• Monitor operational controls to reduce risk and ensure regulatory compliance
• Floating Teller: process credit and debit transactions in line with bank policies and procedures
• Maintain cash supply and daily proof records, with acceptable difference records
• May process night deposits and ATM transactions
• Deliver excellent service to bank customers and refer customers to other staff as needed

Description

Branch Delivery is responsible for delivering high-quality, consistent client experiences across branch locations while ensuring operational excellence and adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements. Activities may include:

• Supporting client transactions
• Ensuring accurate and timely execution of all frontline banking activities
• Coaching and supporting branch teams to meet performance expectations
• Implementing process improvements that strengthen service delivery
• Monitoring operational controls to reduce risk and maintain compliance

The Floating Teller role:

• Conducts all credit and debit transactions in compliance with established bank policies and procedures.
• Keeps proper cash supply on hand and prepares daily proof record while maintaining an acceptable difference record.
• May process night deposits and ATM transactions.
• Delivers excellent service to all bank customers.
• May refer customers to other bank staff for product sales or problem resolution.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requires basic knowledge of job procedures & tools obtained through work experience and may require vocational or technical education. Responsibilities typically include:

• Problems are typically of a routine nature, but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures.
• Communicates information that requires some explanation or interpretation.
