Formación

• License to practice physical therapy or nearing completion of DPT coursework.
• Commitment to high-quality patient care.
• Willingness to mentor and collaborate with team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide education and counseling to patient/family about treatments and goals within scope of practice.
• Evaluate patient status and coordinate care with the team.
• Manage own caseload to optimize overall care plan.
• Adhere to applicable laws, policies, and safety guidelines.
• Support special projects and organizational initiatives.
