Be.Well. Psychotherapy is seeking entry-level New Jersey Licensed Social Workers (LSW) and Licensed Associate Counselors (LAC) to join our Hoboken clinical team.

This role is designed for clinicians pursuing independent licensure and building a diverse, insurance-based caseload with weekly supervision. You will see adolescents and adults, with hybrid work: in-person at Hoboken one to two days per week and telehealth the rest, serving New Jersey insured clients.

Qualifikationen

Position Overview

Be.Well. Psychotherapy is seeking entry-level New Jersey Licensed Social Workers (LSW) and Licensed Associate Counselors (LAC) to join our Hoboken clinical team. (New York clinicians may know these credentials as the LMSW and MHC-LP; this role requires New Jersey licensure.)

This position is designed for clinicians pursuing independent licensure (LCSW or LPC) who want to build their psychotherapy experience within a supportive, clinically focused group practice. You will build a diverse, insurance-based caseload of up to 25 sessions per week while receiving weekly individual and group supervision that meets New Jersey requirements for full licensure.

You’ll work with adolescents and adults presenting with concerns that may include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and other emotional and interpersonal challenges.

Our practice operates in a hybrid model. You will see clients in person at our Hoboken office one to two days per week and via telehealth the rest of the week. Because this role serves New Jersey insurance clients, telehealth sessions are limited to clients located in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments, develop diagnoses, and create thoughtful treatment plans under clinical supervision
• Provide individual psychotherapy to adolescents and adults, in person and via telehealth
• Deliver telehealth sessions with the same presence and attunement as in-person work
• Coordinate care with colleagues and external providers when needed to support integrated treatment
• Apply evidence-based practices and respond to clinical crises thoughtfully, in consultation with your supervisor
• Participate actively in weekly individual and group clinical supervision
• Maintain timely, accurate client notes and records in our electronic health record system, meeting insurance documentation requirements and Be.Well.'s professional and confidentiality standards

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program, or a master's degree in Counseling that meets New Jersey LAC requirements
• Active New Jersey LSW or LAC license in good standing
• Entry-level candidates, including recent graduates, are encouraged to apply; internship and field placement experience is valued
• Interest in working with adolescents and/or adults presenting with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, or related issues
• Interest in relational, psychodynamic, or psychoanalytically informed clinical work
• Openness to supervision, feedback, and continued learning
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage clinical documentation and administrative responsibilities reliably; familiarity with insurance documentation is a plus
• Comfort with technology, including electronic health records and telehealth platforms
• Commitment to building a caseload and growing professionally with Be.Well.

Schedule

• Caseload: up to 25 sessions per week
• In person at our Hoboken office one to two days per week; telehealth the remaining days
• Availability for evening and weekend sessions is required

Compensation

• $45 per hour for clinical time (each clinical hour includes a 45-minute session and 15 minutes for documentation)
• $25 per hour for administrative time, such as meetings
