Job Summary

We are seeking a Psychotherapist to join our team! In this role, you manage a clinical caseload and provide individual, group, and/or family therapy services. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, maintaining timely documentation, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to support positive clinical outcomes. Responsibilities

• Perform intakes and assessments
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Use evidence‑based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
• Perform regular wellness checks
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Required Skills

• Competency in therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, MI, and client‑centered approaches
• Experience working with diverse populations, including adults, youth, and families
• Knowledge of trauma‑informed care, crisis intervention, and ethical clinical practices
• Proficiency in psychosocial assessments, diagnosis, and collaborative treatment planning
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Timely and accurate clinical documentation (within 24 hours of session)

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
• Experience working with individuals impacted by mental health, trauma, or co‑occurring disorders
• Familiarity with evidence‑based treatment practices and culturally competent care
• Current and unrestricted clinical social worker license
• Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized

Requirements

• Must have or obtain Professional Liability Insurance prior to start date
• Availability for two evening shifts and one weekend shift per week
