Job summary

Living Well LCSW PC is seeking a compassionate psychotherapist to join our Williamsburgh, NY practice, offering a clinically focused environment and meaningful impact for clients.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering individual, group, and/or family therapy using evidence-based modalities. Flexible work-from-home options are available, with a supportive team and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a clinical field is required.
• Active New York licensure (LCSW/LMHC) or license-eligible is required.
• Experience providing individual and/or group psychotherapy in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapies and clinical documentation.
• Polish speaker is a plus.

• Provide individual, group, and/or family psychotherapy sessions to a diverse client population.

• Utilize CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care.
• Monitor and document client progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, group, and/or family psychotherapy sessions to a diverse client population
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and agency standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and coordinate care with outside providers as needed
• Participate in clinical supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related clinical field
• Active LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent New York State licensure (or license-eligible)
• Experience providing individual and/or group psychotherapy in a clinical setting
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities and clinical documentation
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain therapeutic boundaries
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ethical standards in mental health practice
• Polish speaker a plus
