Job summary

Living Well LCSW PC in Brooklyn, NY, seeks a compassionate Psychotherapist to join our growing practice in Williamsburgh. Provide individual, group, and family sessions, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

You will utilize CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care, maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation, and participate in supervision and professional development. Flexible work-from-home options are available, and a supportive clinical environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related clinical field.
• Active LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent New York State licensure (or license-eligible).
• Experience providing individual and/or group psychotherapy in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities and clinical documentation.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Polish speaker a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, group, and/or family psychotherapy sessions to a diverse client population
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and agency standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and coordinate care with outside providers as needed
• Participate in clinical supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related clinical field
• Active LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent New York State licensure (or license-eligible)
• Experience providing individual and/or group psychotherapy in a clinical setting
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities and clinical documentation
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain therapeutic boundaries
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
