Key Responsibilities:

  • Budget Management: Work within and delegate responsibilities for the PSR budget, maintaining various accounts for social and vocational programs.

  • Ordering Supplies: Order equipment and supplies for the PSR program.

  • Activity Supervision: Prepare and lead social, educational, and life skill activities.

  • Program Coordination: Collaborate with the SEP Coordinator to create continuous treatment models within the Connections Program.

  • Client Management: Maintain the PSR client list and delegate progress notes, quarterly reviews, and treatment plans, ensuring quality assurance in charting requirements.

  • Community Liaison: Promote awareness of PSR functions by acting as a liaison between community support and residential programs.

  • Client Engagement: Build relationships with clients through direct interaction and provide transportation when necessary.

  • Data Reporting: Prepare monthly statistics and track staff productivity.

  • Team Cohesion: Foster team cohesion through weekly staff meetings, training, and team-building activities.

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or a related field.

  • At least two (2) years of relevant experience.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking.

  • Adaptability and initiative to meet changing job demands.

  • Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to follow written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions.

Supervisory Requirements:

  • Communicate the organization's strategic direction and encourage team participation.

  • Provide leadership and guidance across all department functions.

  • Monitor and support the identification, development, and execution of strategic objectives.

  • Effectively communicate updates and changes to team members.

  • Manage difficult team situations with discretion and respect.

  • Champion change and implement new ideas effectively.

  • Reinforce a team-oriented approach across all functions.
