Job description

In this role, you will develop strategies and manage the performance of various paid search accounts to drive client performance and growth. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for campaign development, stewardship, optimization, and reporting within platforms like Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat, etc.
  • Builds relationships and maintains ongoing communication with media representatives.
  • Leads in key client communication and presentations.
  • Designs optimal media buys in terms of cost efficiency, forecasting, segmentation, bid management, goal delivery, and vendor agreements.
  • Monitors all media buys and is responsible for post-buy results and reporting.
  • Provides ongoing updates to supervisors regarding account status and issues.
  • Oversees campaign tracking setup and implementation before launch, with support from Ad Operations.
  • Creates reporting dashboards and presents findings to clients regularly.
  • Collaborates with finance to resolve billing issues.
  • Ensures adherence to client budgets while meeting objectives.
  • Stays current on media trends and opportunities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Paid Social Media buying experience.
  • Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Amazon.
  • Strong organizational and mathematical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Good relationships with media reps.
  • Effective collaboration with internal teams including Creative, Account Management, Finance, and Project Management.
  • Excellent communication skills within teams, with media reps, and clients.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and making decisions.

The annual gross base salary range is $69,000 - $103,000 USD. This range is an estimate based on qualifications, skills, and location. Our total compensation includes health insurance options, flexible PTO, life insurance, and 401K.
