Job summary

CNS Healthcare is seeking a PSR Associate in Michigan to support adults experiencing mental health symptoms through direct rehabilitative services. The role promotes recovery and clubhouse culture, engaging members in growth-focused activities per MDHHS guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with adults with serious mental illness.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license and good driving record.
• Transportation or automobile accessibility with current auto insurance.
• Basic understanding of principles of psychosocial rehabilitation.
• Understanding of Michigan Mental Health Code and Recipient Rights.
• Excellent customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Participate as part of a treatment and rehabilitation team to support operations and service delivery.
• Work collaboratively within Clubhouse Units during the work-ordered day.
• Engage members 1:1 as partners in meaningful work and provide coverage at sites as needed.
• Identify and facilitate work opportunities for members and provide transportation when needed.
• Maintain professional boundaries and consumer confidentiality.
• Complete required documentation accurately and within timelines.
• Work effectively independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrate de-escalation skills when needed and participate in mandatory CNS programs.
