Job summary

CNS Healthcare is seeking a PSR Associate to support adults experiencing mental health symptoms within a Clubhouse setting. You will work on the daily operations, engage members in meaningful work, and promote recovery and community through structured activities.

Responsibilities include collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, coverage at various Clubhouse units, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with adults with serious mental illness.
• Valid Michigan Driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Participate as part of a treatment and rehabilitation team to support program operations and service delivery.
• Engage members 1:1 as partners in meaningful work and cover at sites as needed.
• Identify and facilitate work opportunities for members within the Clubhouse.
• Maintain documentation accurately and on time.
• Rotate with staff for evening/Saturday programs and designated holiday shifts.
