Job summary

CNS Healthcare in Michigan is seeking a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic role for a Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) Generalist. You will support adult mental health members in a clubhouse setting and work with a team to promote employment, social skills, and recovery.

The position offers an upbeat environment with opportunities to coordinate transportation and community resources. Relevant experience and a valid Michigan driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with adults with serious mental illness.
• Valid Michigan Driver’s license and good driving record.
• Transportation or automobile accessibility with current auto insurance.
• Basic understanding of psychosocial rehabilitation principles.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a treatment and rehabilitation team to facilitate program operations and service provision.
• Collaborate with Clubhouse members in units such as Food, Clerical, or Member Services during work ordered day.
• Ensure fidelity to International Standards for Clubhouse Programs with the treatment team.
• Develop and support members in education, employment, and housing goals.
• Assist with finding and securing community resources.
• Complete monthly and quarterly progress notes and all required documentation.
• Provide transportation services to members.
