Daymark Recovery Services in North Carolina is seeking a dedicated professional to provide direct and indirect care for consumers with mental health and substance use needs. You will supervise paraprofessional staff, deliver recovery-focused interventions, document symptoms, and coordinate transportation and daily living skill coaching as part of a team-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services and 2 years' experience with Mental Health adult clients.
• Must be at least 18 years old and proficient in reading, speaking, and writing.
• Supervisory experience of paraprofessional staff preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provides supervision, recovery skills interventions, and monitoring of each consumer.
• Assist with and model appropriate daily living skills.
• Provides supervision of paraprofessional and associate professional staff.
• Document any reported or observed symptoms of consumers and report to the team.
• Participate in Shift Report.
• Provide transportation.
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
