Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field required.
• Certification or training in psychometric testing and neuropsychological assessment.
• Experience administering and scoring psychological and neuropsychological tests.
• Experience training in neuropsychological test administration and scoring.
• Excellent communication skills with patients and staff.
• Familiarity with behavior management to keep patients engaged during testing.

Responsibilities

• Administer standardized neuropsychological and psychological assessments.
• Score results accurately, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Assist with report writing including background information and test score summaries.
• Manage the psychometric team: training, reviews, scheduling, and inventory management.
