Piece By Piece: Neurobehavioral Services in Oak Brook, IL, is seeking a Psychometrist Manager to lead a team of psychometrists while carrying a small testing caseload. This full-time, on-site role reports to the Clinical Director and collaborates with the Clinic Manager to optimize testing workflows.

You will administer and score neuropsychological assessments, ensure data integrity, train staff, hire, supervise, and manage scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.
• Certification or training in psychometric testing and neuropsychological assessment.
• Experience administering and scoring psychological and neuropsychological tests.
• Experience training in neuropsychological test administration and scoring.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
• Familiarity with behavior management techniques to keep patients engaged.

Responsibilities

• Administer standardized neuropsychological and psychological assessments to patients in accordance with established protocols.
• Score test results accurately, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Assist with report writing, including background information and summaries of test scores.
• Management of the psychometric team that includes training, reviews, scheduling, and inventory management.
