Job summary

Piece by Piece Neurobehavioral Services in Oak Brook, IL, is seeking a Psychometrist Manager to lead a team of psychometrists while carrying a small caseload. You will administer and score neuropsychological and psychological tests, ensure accuracy, and improve workflows.

The role reports to the Clinical Director and collaborates with the Clinic Manager; on-site, full-time, serving populations from children to older adults.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Certification or training in psychometric testing and neuropsychological assessment is required.
• Experience administering and scoring psychological and neuropsychological tests is required.
• Experience training in neuropsychological test administration and scoring is required.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff are required.
• Familiarity with behavior management techniques to keep patients engaged in testing is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer standardized neuropsychological and psychological assessments to patients following established protocols.
• Score test results accurately, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Assist with report writing, including background information and summaries of test scores.
• Manage the psychometric team including training, reviews, scheduling, and inventory management.
