Job summary

The NeuroMedical Center Clinic in Baton Rouge, LA seeks a Psychometrist to join our Psychology department. The Psychometrist will provide comprehensive psychological testing to patients while operating independently and is passionate about providing the highest quality patient care.

Responsibilities include administering tests, scoring, assisting with interpretation, maintaining charts and supplies, and ensuring confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology required.
• Experience in psychological testing a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and timely score psychological tests used in Neuropsychological, Psychoeducational, and Chronic Pain evaluations.
• Assist psychologist in interpretation by noting behavioral observations affecting performance.
• Maintain timely chart documentation of completed psychological evaluations.
• Maintain inventory of testing supplies, forms, materials, and software.
• Complete other duties/projects as deemed necessary by the Psychologist to optimize services.
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

The NeuroMedical Center Clinic is currently seeking a Psychometrist to join our Psychology department. The Psychometrist will provide comprehensive psychological testing to patients while operating independently and is passionate about provide the highest quality patient care.

Requirements

• Responsible for the administration and timely scoring of Psychological tests used in the following evaluations: Neuropsychological, Psychoeducational, Chronic Pain, and for returning to the ordering Psychologist for interpretation.
• Assist the Psychologist in interpretation of results by providing insight into behavioral observations made during evaluation that may have impacted patient performance.
• Responsible for timely chart documentation of the completion of Psychological evaluations.
• Responsible for maintaining inventory of Psychological testing supplies to include forms, testing materials, and updated computer software.
• Responsible for completion of other duties/projects as deemed necessary by the Psychologist to optimize the quality of Psychological services provided.
• Maintains patient confidentiality at all times.

Education and Qualifications
