Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in educational measurement or related field.
• Experience across the full range of psychometric issues in operational assessment programs.
• Proficient in applying CTT, IRT, test equating, scaling/linking, and standard setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychometric support across development projects and document processes.
• Conduct item calibration analyses and assist with linking and equating.
• Develop linear test forms and field test plans under guidance of senior psychometricians.
• Support operational research studies and document detailed specifications.
• Communicate complex methods to diverse audiences and client committees.
