Job summary

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a Program Manager- Psychologist (GS-14) to lead behavioral health services at the Toledo Community Based Outpatient Clinic, within the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System.

The role includes program management, supervision of staff, development of treatment protocols, data-driven quality improvement, and adherence to VA policies. Telework is available; standard schedule is Mon–Fri.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology from an APA/PCSAS/CPA-accredited program.
• Full, current license to practice psychology in a U.S. state or DC.
• Experience with program management and supervising clinical staff.
• Ability to meet VA qualification standards for psychology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee psychological services within the program and supervise staff.
• Develop and implement treatment protocols and quality measures.
• Coordinate clinical and program operations across teams.
• Monitor outcomes with data-driven quality assurance processes.
• Provide consultations and training to trainees and staff.
