Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage comprehensive mental health services within the program.
• Oversee development and implementation of programs, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor outcomes using a data-driven quality assurance process.
• Provide clinical supervision and consultation for staff and trainees.
• Ensure compliance with accrediting bodies, VA requirements and policies.
• Evaluate and address performance and personnel concerns.
