• Serve as Team Lead/Program Manager for the Psychiatric Assessment and Clinical Center (PACC) in Tacoma
• Provide clinical supervision and supervision of staff
• Develop and oversee mental health treatment plans and care coordination
• Conduct program evaluation and data-driven quality improvement projects
• Coordinate urgent and walk-in mental health services for Veterans
