Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work from CSWE-accredited school.
• Licensed or certified to independently practice social work at the master's level.
• U.S. Citizenship or eligible for appointment per VA policy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the Behavioral Health Interprofessional Program.
• Develop and implement program policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Supervise multidisciplinary staff (psychologists, social workers, nurses, pharmacists, peer support).
• Monitor outcomes via data-driven quality assurance for veterans’ care.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and VA policies.
