Qualifications

• Earned master's or higher in psychology or 18 graduate hours with statistics/research.
• Experience teaching psychology at the college level.
• Proficiency with Canvas LMS and Zoom for remote/in-person instruction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychology courses aligning with Ivy Tech outcomes.
• Create engaging, inclusive, student-centered learning experiences.
• Utilize instructional technology to support multiple modalities.
• Develop and assess course materials, exams, and assignments.
• Maintain records of attendance, grades, and progress in college systems.
• Advise and mentor students to support persistence and success.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to advance departmental initiatives.
