Job summary

Ivy Tech Community College is seeking a Faculty Fellow to deliver quality instruction across delivery methods, provide timely feedback, and support student learning outcomes. The role emphasizes engagement beyond class, retention initiatives, and adherence to FERPA and college policies.

Qualifications

• Possesses a master's or higher degree in psychology or related field, or 18 graduate hours in psychology with any field.
• Strong working knowledge of current technologies appropriate to area of instruction.
• Deliver instruction and develop materials aligned to program outcomes.
• Utilize Learning Management System (Canvas) to facilitate teaching, learning, assessment, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned classes using pedagogy and technology aligned to course objectives.
• Develop and maintain course outlines, syllabi, lesson plans, assignments, tests, and other course materials.
• Maintain student records, attendance, grades, and other required documentation.
• Maintain a classroom environment conducive to student learning and safety standards.
• Support student retention and engagement through advising and outreach.
• Participate in professional development and scholarly activities related to the discipline.
