Qualifications

• Master's or higher degree in psychology or related field.
• 18 graduate hours in psychology with statistics or research methods.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusive teaching.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned classes in line with course objectives and college policy.
• Utilize technology to enhance instructional methods.
• Develop and maintain outlines, syllabi, lesson plans, assignments, tests, and materials.
• Maintain accurate student records and grades.
• Engage with students to foster a positive learning experience and evidence-based teaching.
• Comply with FERPA and college policies; work professionally with colleagues.
• Other duties as assigned.
