Qualifications

• Undergrad students must be enrolled in at least six Fall/Spring units.
• Must have received and accepted Financial Aid for the current semester/year.
• Demonstrates ability to follow instructions and multi-task.
• Demonstrates calm, professional response under pressure.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Basic computer skills; intermediate MS Office skills.
• Strong organization and planning abilities.
• Good customer service and phone skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist faculty, students, and guests.
• Answer front desk phone calls and route inquiries.
• Operate standard office equipment (copier, fax, scanner).
• Maintain department bulletin boards and filing.
• Process data entry and create new student files; update advising materials and appointment binder.
• Proctor make-up exams and handle confidential files/exams.
• Assist with event setup/cleanup (e.g., Undergraduate Research Symposium).
• Run department errands and distribute mail.
• Assist with tasks for Department Administrative Coordinators.

Education

Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units

Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current semester/year
