Qualifications

• Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
• Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current semester/year in which you are applying.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist faculty, students and community guests.
• Support front desk by answering phone calls for the Psychology & Child Development department.
• Refer visitors or callers to the appropriate person and answer basic questions.
• Operate common office equipment (copy machine, fax, scanner).
• Maintain department-wide bulletin boards; alphabetize, file, purge, data entry, and scan documents.
