Job summary

The State of Washington's Special Commitment Center seeks a Psychology Associate to deliver evidence-based treatment, including group and individual interventions, with a focus on safety and outcomes for clients and the community. Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited program.
• Experience delivering individual and group interventions.
• Ability to work with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead evidence-based treatment groups.
• Provide individualized 1:1 interventions to selected clients.
• Attend, lead, and contribute to resident treatment team meetings, conferences, and debriefings.
• Complete electronic documentation of sessions and reports.
• Develop case conceptualizations for individualized treatment planning.
• Participate in depositions and possibly testify as fact-witness.
• Complete Law Enforcement Notifications and risk assessments.
• Present findings to End of Sentence Review Committee.
