Job summary

The DBT Center at Evidence Based Treatment Centers of Seattle (EBTCS) seeks a full-time Staff Psychologist to lead evidence-based DBT work with adolescents, caregivers, and adults in a hybrid telehealth and in-person setting.

You will provide at least 20 clinical contact hours per week, participate in weekly team consultations, and collaborate with psychologists and other specialists to deliver comprehensive, trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• PsyD or PhD credential required.
• Licensed in Washington State, or able to begin licensure immediately.
• Expertise in comprehensive DBT as a core qualification.
• Passion for clinical work with adolescents, caregivers and adults.
• Behavioral therapy grounded in evidence-based approaches.

Job description

The DBT Center at Evidence Based Treatment Centers of Seattle is seeking a full-time Staff Psychologist. We are looking for a clinician who is deeply committed to providing gold-standard comprehensive DBT for individuals struggling with self-harm, suicidality, and other problems related to emotion dysregulation, who lives and breathes DBT, and who is excited about sitting on a consultation team with like-minded providers.

EBTCS has been a leader in evidence-based outpatient care since 2002. We are clinician-owned and operated. Our administrative team handles all intake, waitlist management, billing, insurance communication, and scheduling.

What You'll Do

Provide a minimum of 20 clinical contact hours per week with adolescents, caregivers, and adults across our Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient Programs, including:

• Comprehensive DBT, including individual therapy, skills group, and between-session phone coaching
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Behavioral Parent Training
• PE, CPT, ERP, and other evidence-based care for co-occurring conditions

Participate in weekly team consultation meetings and collaborate with psychologists and other specialists across our clinical teams.

Qualifications

• PsyD or PhD credential
• Licensed in Washington State, or able to begin the licensure process immediately
• Expertise in comprehensive DBT, the single most important qualification
• Genuine passion for clinical work with adolescents, caregivers, and adults
• Identifies as a behavioral therapist, grounded in evidence-based approaches
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatments for co-occurring conditions (trauma, substance use, depression, anxiety)
• Thrives in a collaborative team environment, actively seeks and provides consultation
• Excited to build networking connections within the DBT and broader clinical communities
• Committed to providing inclusive, culturally sensitive care to all clients and colleagues

Compensation

• Guaranteed salary of $117,500 or more for approximately 20 clinical hours per week
• Current average pay after the first year is approximately $130,000 for 22 clinical hours per week
