Job summary

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) Medicaid CHIP Services division seeks a Psychologist II to provide advanced clinical oversight of diagnostic/functional eligibility reviews and manage fair hearings for the IDD PES unit. The role requires licensed practice, strong leadership, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program integrity.

• Must be licensed as a Psychologist by the State of Texas or reciprocity state.
• One year or more of supervisory/operational management experience preferred.

• Oversee clinical reviews and ensure compliance with rules and policies.
• Develop and maintain productivity and quality assurance reporting.
• Coordinate fair hearings processes and liaise with stakeholders.
