Thriving Center of Psychology in New York City is hiring full-time, salaried Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PsyD or PhD) on a hybrid schedule, splitting the week between our Manhattan offices and remote work. We welcome both experienced practitioners and early-career psychologists.

You must hold an active, clear, independent New York license as a Psychologist (PsyD or PhD). This W2 role includes benefits, a steady caseload built with you, and a real clinical community.

Qualifications

• Active, clear, independent New York psychologist license (PsyD or PhD).
• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD).
• Ability to commit to a 40-hour work week and see 27 clients weekly.
• Proficiency in evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT; Gottman).
• Collaborative approach and commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy and assessment to adults, in person and via telehealth.
• Use evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, ACT, Gottman).
• Carry a sustainable caseload with weekly case consultation support.
• Maintain timely, high-quality clinical documentation.

Job description

We welcome both experienced practitioners and early-career psychologists. This is a W2 role with benefits, a steady caseload we build with you, and a real clinical community. You must already hold an active, clear, independent New York license as a Psychologist (PsyD or PhD). Candidates who are still working toward licensure or hold only a limited permit are not yet eligible.

What you will do:

• Carry a sustainable caseload with the support of weekly case consultation.
• Maintain timely, high-quality clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, psychiatrists, and therapists.

• A salary of $100,000 to $125,000 per year, plus a 5% performance bonus.
